IBN TAYMIYYAH

Taqi ad-Din Ahmad ibn Taymiyyah (January 22, 1263 – 1328 CE), full name: Taqī ad-Dīn Abu 'l-ʿAbbās Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥalīm ibn ʿAbd as-Salām Ibn Taymiya al-Ḥarrānī (Arabic: تقي الدين أبو العباس أحمد بن عبد الحليم بن عبد السلام بن عبد الله ابن تيمية الحراني‎), was an Islamic scholar (alim), theologian and logician. He lived during the troubled times of the Mongol invasions. He was a member of the school founded by Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and is considered by his followers, along with Ibn Qudamah, as one of the two most significant proponents of Hanbalism; in the modern era, his adherents often refer to the two as "the two sheikhs and Sheikh ul-Islam. Ibn Taymiyyah was notable for having sought the return of Islam to what he viewed as earlier interpretations of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

Meaning Of Eid al-Adha

Eid al-Adha (Arabic: عيد الأضحى‎ ʿīd al-aḍḥā,"festival of the sacrifice"), also called Feast of the Sacrifice, the Major Festival, the Greater Eid, Kurban Bayram (Turkish: Kurban Bayramı; Serbo-Croat-Bosnian: kurban-bajram), Eid-e-Qurban (Persian: عید قربان‎) and Baqr-e Eid (Hindustani, Urdu: بقر عید‎),is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide to honour the willingness of the prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his young first-born son Ismail (Ishmael)^a as an act of submission to God's command and his son's acceptance to being sacrificed, before God intervened to provide Abraham with a Lamb to sacrifice instead.In the lunar Islamic calendar, Eid al-Adha falls on the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah and lasts for four days.In the international Gregorian calendar, the dates vary from year to year, drifting approximately 11 days earlier each year.
Eid al-Adha is the latter of the two Eid holidays, the former being Eid al-Fitr. The basis for the Eid al-Adha comes from the 196th verse of the 2nd sura of the Quran.The word "Eid" appears once in the 5th sura of the Quran, with the meaning "solemn festival".
Like Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha begins with a Sunnah prayer of two rakats followed by a sermon (khuṭbah). Eid al-Adha celebrations start after the descent of the Hajj from Mount Arafat, a hill east of Mecca. Ritual observance of the holiday lasts until sunset of the 12th day of Dhu al-Hijjah.Eid sacrifice may take place until sunset on the 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah.The days of Eid have been singled out in the Hadith as "days of remembrance". The days of Tashriq are from the Fajr prayer of the 9th of Dhul Hijjah up to the Asr prayer of the 13th of Dhul Hijjah (5 days and 4 nights). This equals 23 prayers: 5 on the 9th-12th, which equal 20, and 3 on the 13th.

Ibnu Rusyd

       Ibnu Rusyd atau nama lengkapnya Abu Walid Muhammad Ibnu Ahmad lahir di Kardova pada tahun 1126. Beliau ahli falsafah yang paling agung pernah dilahirkan dalam sejarah Islam. Pengaruhnya bukan sahaja berkembang luas didunia Islam, tetapi juga di kalangan masyarakat di Eropah. Di Barat, beliau dikenal sebagai Averroes.
       Keturunannya terdiri daripada golongan yang berilmu dan ternama. Bapanya dan datuknya merupakan kadi di Kardova. Oleh itu, beliau telah dihantar untuk berguru dengan Ibnu Zuhr yang kemudiannya menjadi rakan karibnya. Ibnu Rusyd mempelajari ilmu fiqh dan perubatan daripada rakannya yang juga merupakan tokoh perubatan yang terkenal di Sepanyol, Ibnu Zuhr yang pernah bertugas di sebagai doktor istana di Andalusia.Sebelum meninggal dunia, beliau telah menghasilkan bukunya yang terkenal Al Taysir. Buku itu telah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Latin dan bahasa Inggeris dengan judul Faclititation of Treatment.

Bererti dia belum bersedia menjadi seorang sahabat yang dapat mengerti segala kekuranganku...tapi di hanya sebatas ''TEMAN'' biasa...
